At La Houguette, learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door. We are dedicated to providing a vibrant, well-rounded education that invigorates our curriculum and helps children develop essential lifelong skills like resilience, reflection, and creativity.

Off-Site Trips & Educational Visits

We take every opportunity to extend the curriculum into the wider world through exciting educational trips.

• Permission Forms: At the start of the school year, you will receive a global permission form. Signing this grants permission for your child to attend local trips throughout the year.

• Special Trips: For larger or overnight trips, separate information and permission requests will be required.

School Clubs & Extra-Curricular Activities

We are incredibly fortunate to offer a diverse range of extra-curricular activities, powered by our dedicated teaching staff and trusted outside agencies.

Clubs take place either during lunchtime or after school.

Pupil-Led Clubs

We are immensely proud of our leadership programme, where our older pupils take charge! Children can apply to run their own lunchtime or after-school clubs, allowing them to build incredible leadership and organisational skills.

• These clubs run in 4-week blocks.

• While the children organise and run the activities, every single session is fully supervised by a teacher.

• Applications open every September.
